By the way, where did you go in Halloween?
Besides the theme park, I had been to Lan Kwai Fong, one of the famous nightless street in Hong Kong!
Lan Kwai Fong is a small square of streets in Central, Hong Kong. The area was dedicated to hawkers before the Second World War, but underwent a renaissance in the mid 1980s. It is now a popular expatriate haunt in Hong Kong for drinking, clubbing and dining. The street Lan Kwai Fong is an L-shape with two ends joining with D'Aguilar Street. It attracts numbers of foreigners to enjoy their nightlife. Evenmore, there are some special celebrations and events like "Beer Festival" and "Halloween" will be held in there. It always gathers large number of people and people enjoy the night with a cup of beer!
Lan Kwai Fong is well-known by its unique western-atmosphere. There are totally more than 40 restaurants and 30 bars & clubs. Most of them operate from 5pm to 5am. These attracts much to foreigners and the one who enjoy the amazing nightlife.
Few days before in 31st October, it was the western festival - Halloween. Many people dress up as various characters, for example, some cartoon characters - Buzz Light Year or traditional one - Chinese Vampire etc. It was so crowded and police was guaranteed to control the flow & safety. The whole atmosphere was so great and people took many photos with different "Ghosts". Everyone there enjoys the celebration of Halloween and collects their own memorable experiences.
Coming up to the next event, according to the Lan Kwai Fong's official webpage, Lan Kwai Fong Carnival 2010 will be held on 13 & 14 November by starting at 1pm. The Carnival collects delicacies and drinks from all around the world, festive booths, live shows and performances will rock everybody from minute to minute. It is suitable to different people, even children or elders.
More than that, people love to have their party celebration in Lan Kwai Fong during Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. You may also go there on those days too! Now, let's check about how to reach there!

Car park, 2 nearest car parks around Lan Kwai Fong include:
- The Centrium, 10-12 Arbuthnot Road
- Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road
